Manganese Ore

Manganese is often used by the steel industry in deoxidizing and desulfurizing additives and as an alloying constituent. It can improve the rolling and forging qualities, as well as the strength, toughness, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, and hardenability of steels.

Silico Manganese

Manganese is essential to iron and steel production by virtue of its Sulphurfixing, deoxidizing, and alloying properties, Steelmaking, including its ironmaking component, has accounted for most manganese demand, presently in the range of 85% to 90% of the total demand. Manganese is a key component of low-cost stainless steel.

Ferro Manganese

Ferro manganese is an alloy of iron and manganese containing usually about 80% manganese. Ferro manganese is used mainly to counteract the bad effects of sulphur. It also acts as a deoxidizer and combines with sulphur, thereby improving the hot-working properties of the product.

Ferro Silicon

Ferro silicon is used in deoxidizing steel as well as other ferrous alloys. This helps to prevent loss of carbon from molten steel. It is used in the manufacturing of pre-alloys such as Magnesium ferrosilicon and other. The electric industry uses Ferrosilicon as a source of pure silicon.
